Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

In order to optimize delivery times, your order may be split into multiple shipments. This can happen when:

  • Items are stored in different warehouses (domestic or international).

  • Some products are in high demand and temporarily out of stock, requiring partial fulfillment to avoid delay.

Each package will be shipped with tracking information and handled with care to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

 

When will I receive my order?

We work with a network of fulfillment centers across Asia and internationally. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Hong Kong & Mainland China: 3–5 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days

  • Europe / USA / Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to factors like customs clearance, public holidays, or logistical delays.

 

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in transit?

All orders are shipped with insured shipping and tracking. While rare, in the event of :

  • Lost or significantly delayed packages

  • Customs returns or rejection

We will resend your order at no additional cost (when possible) or provide an appropriate solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Will I be charged for customs and import taxes?

All prices on trendycosmetic.com are displayed in USD and do not include local taxes or customs duties. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay:

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not covered by TrendyCosmetic or Flying Pigeon Trading Limited.
